Glendale
A small, intimate 4-bed home offering a higher level of hands-on care. Every resident receives deep individual attention in a genuinely loving, family-style environment.

Bayside
Eight beds in Milwaukee's beautiful North Shore. Bayside is everything a home should feel like — warm, peaceful, and full of life. Creative activities are the heartbeat here: painting classes, hands-on cooking projects, and a thriving spice garden where residents tend their own herbs. Quiet and homey, yet always something going on.
Thiensville
Hands down one of our most loving homes. Thiensville offers a higher level of clinical care wrapped inside the warmest, most home-like environment we operate. Families consistently tell us this feels less like a care facility and more like the home their loved one never wanted to leave. Quiet, nurturing, and deeply personal.
Kristen Home — Pardeeville
A peaceful 4-bed home in Pardeeville offering the same loving Saber environment in Columbia County. Small, quiet, and deeply personal — every resident is truly known and cared for here.
Rehdantz Home — Portage
One of our four central Wisconsin homes, the Rehdantz home sits in a quiet rural setting outside Portage. Four beds, intimate care, and the warm loving atmosphere that defines every Saber home.
Thunderbird Home — Portage
The Thunderbird home brings our family-first approach to the Portage area in a quiet, comfortable 4-bed setting. Residents enjoy personalized care and a calm, nurturing home environment every day.
Koepp Home — Merrimac
Set in the scenic Merrimac area near Devils Lake, the Koepp home is one of our most uniquely located communities. A peaceful 4-bed retreat surrounded by nature — the perfect quiet environment for residents who thrive in a calm, serene setting.

Blakewood House
Eight beds in South Milwaukee with the same vibrant, activity-rich spirit as our flagship. Blakewood House residents live fully — bingo nights, movie screenings, painting, music therapy, and dog therapy fill the calendar. A warm, friendly community where everyone is family.
Villa of Greenfield
Our largest and most specialized community — a dedicated 50-bed memory care facility for residents living with Alzheimer's, dementia, and cognitive impairment. Life here is intentionally full: bingo, movies, painting, music programming, and a warm friendly atmosphere where residents feel safe, loved, and engaged every single day.
